Hot Melt Adhesives
SouthWest Wax produces specialty formulated hot melt adhesives that are available
for packaging, converting, bookbinding, and other applications requiring
the fast bond-forming performance for this type of system. Unlike water
or solvent based systems, these adhesives do not require artificial drying
aids. We can custom formulate to the customer's application requirements,
using a variety of polymeric systems, including EVA, PE, APAO, and Block
Copolymers. We can also prepare custom specified "pre-blends" to
simplify your manufacturing process.
Paint And Coatings Additives
SouthWest Wax produces specialty formulated additives available for paint
and coatings applications. They can be used to impart improved chemical,
abrasive, impact, and weather resistance. These additives can also be used
for improved surface finishes and settling resistance. We can custom formulate
to your application requirements, using a variety of wax, polymeric and
resin additives. We can also prepare custom specified "pre-blends" to
simplify your manufacturing process.
